The centerpiece of the most modern DB maintenance depot for the new ICE 4 fleet is the innovative Roediger^® vacuum supply and disposal system, which can maintain up to 16 trains per night.

Successful modernization of the infrastructure in one of the most important depots for the maintenance and repair of high-speed trains, while maintenance operations continue.

The very first ICE depot of Deutsche Bahn was put into operation with Roediger^® technology back in 1991 and, with its eight tracks, remains the largest ICE depot in Germany today.
